Sherwood Forest

The builders have created a village scenario with a park within a woodland setting, complete with gazebo and park benches.  There will be eight different floor plans styled after the Craftsman bungalow with open floor plans, high ceilings, hardwood florrs, gas heat and fireplaces, and more.

Painted Meadows Subdivision

The Subdivision is a Masterplan community designed with many amenities and created under a Public Improvement District.  Developer is Houston-based Sonrisa Development, is developing the 71-acre tract along FM 1764, about 40 miles each of downtown Houston.  Development plans call for 575 new homes ranging in price from $115,00 to $160,000.
