a.         Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement - Finance Department.

b.         Chaplin Badge Presentation to Reverend Victor Stevens - Chief Aragon.

c.          Building and Standards Commission Quarterly Presentation.

d.         Clean City Commission Quarterly Presentation.

(4)       CITIZEN'S REQUEST FOR HEARING -

Comments from the Public: (At this time, any person with city related business who has signed up may speak to Council.  In compliance with Texas Open Meeting Act the City Council may not deliberate on comments.  Personal attacks will not be allowed, and personnel matters should be addressed to the City Manager during normal business hours.)

(6)       SECOND READING OF ORDINANCES - (A Public Hearing Will Be Held)

a.       Ordinance Number 1031- Second Reading - An ordinance amending Appendix A, Schedule of Fees and Charges of the Code of Ordinances, City of La Marque, Texas by amending prescribed solid waste collections charges.

(7)       NEW BUSINESS -

a. Consider, Discuss and Approve Resolution Number 1123 Amending the Service and Assessment Plan for Public Improvement District No. 1 (Painted Meadows).

b.         Consider, Discuss and Approve the Appointment of Members to the Neighborhood Revitalization Steering Committee.

(8)       EXECUTIVE SESSION -

a.         Section 551.074 of the Government Code - Personnel Matters - City Manager's Contract.

b.         Section 551.074 of the Government Code - Personnel Matters - Review Applications for Municipal Prosecutor.

c.          Section 551.074 of the Government Code - Personnel Matters - Review Application for Municipal Alternate Judge.

(9)       ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON EXECUTIVE SESSION -

a.         Consider and Approve City Manager's Contract.

b.         Consider Possible Action on Concerning Appointment of Municipal Prosecutor.

c.          Consider Possible Action Concerning Appointment of Municipal Alternate Judge.
