LA MARQUE CITY COUNCIL 

The La Marque City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 1109-B Bayou Road, La Marque, Texas  77568.

AGENDA:

1.        ROLL CALL -

2.       EXECUTIVE SESSION -

          a.       Section 551.074 of the Government Code - Personnel Matters - Interview for Municipal Prosecutor.

         b.       Section 551.074 of the Government Code - Personnel Matters - Interview for Municipal Alternate Judge.

3.       NEW BUSINESS -

         a.       Discuss possible violations of City Charter 2.12 regarding City Manager's Contract approved February 28, 2010.

        b.       Discuss City Budget regarding allocation for the liability of City Manager's Contract.

4.      ADJOURNMENT -
