CITY ORDINANCE

According to section 29.6 of the city ordinances of La Marque, the discharge of fireworks within the city limits of La Marque is prohibited. A citation or ticket can be issued for a fine of up to 2,000 dollars. More importantly, Fireworks burn at extremely high temperatures and can cause significant fire damage. Not to mention the stress it causes our pets and citizens with PTSD.
