Discussion/ possible action regarding approving:

Establishing and implementing a program to charge mitigation rates for the deployment of emergency and non-emergency services by the fire department for services provided/rendered for the City of La Marque Fire Department

Issuing a Conditional Use Permit for Hunt Energy Network Battery Storage Facility (Galveston County Property ID# 363493)

Unless otherwise specified, the City Manager is authorized to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney.

Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Clean Coast Texas

Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Chosen Ones Outreach Ministries of Galveston, Inc.

Requesting preventative tree trimming around utility lines

a submitted report to update Council and Community on the standard operations of the City, report can be acknowledged as whole or discussed at the pleasure of Council.

Approving Budget Workshop dates: July 24, July 25, July 27, July 31, and August 1

Authorizing the issuance of a Request for Proposal for Planning and Management Professional Services 

Discussion/ provide direction regrading a potential Wastewater Discharge Agreement with Republic Services, with a 90-day trial period to ensure operational compliance with the City's Wastewater Discharge Permit

Additional items to bring awareness to Council and the Community as well as future agenda item requests are accepted at this time.
