The City of La Marque now offers a payment kiosk for our customers to pay utility bills, with permit and court fine payments available soon.
The kiosk is simple to use, much like an ATM.
Customers can look up their balance by address or account number and pay by cash, check, or credit cards.
If paying by credit card, customers are charged a 3% convenience fee.
Currently, the kiosk is available for use in the City Hall lobby during regular business hours and employees will be available to assist customers, if necessary.
By the end of the year, the kiosk will be relocated to the drive thru area.
Once relocated to the drive thru area, the kiosk will be available to accept payments 24 hours every day of the week.
In addition to the new kiosk, customers will still be able to pay bills in person and online.
After January 1, 2016, the City will publicize a contest for customers to name our new kiosk!
